Yungngora Aboriginal Corporation

Embarking on our first build in remote Western Australia, we faced the unique challenge of designing and
transporting an office complex to Yungngora. This 12x21m office, complete with a verandah, marked a significant
achievement, showcasing our ability to navigate the complexities of remote area logistics and design.

We worked closely with the Yungngora Aboriginal Corporation and our internal design team to deliver an
architectural modular office featuring a skillion roof, which posed significant transport challenges. However, our
innovative design and engineering solutions ensured that the office complex was transported successfully,
maintaining the appearance and quality of an in-situ build.

This project highlights the financial viability and efficiency of modular construction in remote locations.
